European Cities Marketing, through the TIC Knowledge Group, organises on a yearly basis a meeting with Tourist Information Centres managers’ and staff, whether they are ECM members or not.
This special lunch to lunch event provides the participants with an opportunity to improve their knowledge and also to share information on Tourist Information Centres with other destinations.
The TIC Expert Meeting offers a mix of incentive and exchange opportunities for all attendees. This is why the diversity of participants is of great importance; the event is directed to managers and TIC front office workers from large and small cities, from public and private organised tourist information organisations.
