The Hotel Jadran is located directly on the coast, near the city centre. This hotel with a long and interesting tradition was reopened in December 2005 following extensive reconstruction. The hotel has 66 single and double bedrooms and 3 luxurious suites.

The spacious restaurant, separated from the sea only by glass walls, has a pleasant ambience, welcomes all guests and specialises in both international and typical Mediterranean cuisine. Next to the restaurant is a café, perfect for recuperating for a moment and taking pleasure in coffee and selected pastries with the same breathtaking view of the sea. Such single glance is enough to make an unbreakable connection between the viewer and the Adriatic Sea.

Two congress halls with 150 and 25 seats provide a great panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the Kvarner Islands. All video and audio equipment is available upon request.

The history of the hotel dates back to 1911, when the Jadran Swimming Consortium was established in Sušak, while this coastal hotel with a long history was opened on? 28 June 1914.

Neboder is part of the Croatian Cultural Centre complex (Hrvatski kulturni dom) and also its highest part The building is 14 floors high and dominates the central part of Rijeka, oriented towards the sea. Due to the position and height of the hotel, the observer enjoys a view of the entire Kvarner Bay. Starting from the right side and gazing to the left the eastern part of the Istrian Peninsula and Učka, Opatija, Rijeka and then, further to the left, towards the small towns of Kostrena and Kraljevica and the island of Krk. The hotel was completely renovated in 2007 and has 54 modernly equipped rooms.

There is a restaurant for guests which offers a rich hot and cold buffet breakfast and specialises in both international and typical Mediterranean cuisine.

The design of the complex, including the hotel building, was entrusted to the architect Josip Pičman, whose design was selected from 59 submitted. The original design was created in such a way that the building would stand out from contemporary European architecture. However, this demanding construction project was not realized as planned. It took builders longer than planned and was finally completed in 1947. Today it is protected as a cultural monument.

The Congress Hall at Hotel Neboder has capacity for 450 delegates with a large terrace and natural daylight. It is very convenient for banquets, weddings and parties as well as conferences. Modern conference equipment is available on request.

Due to its direct connection to the HKD building, there exists the possibility of organizing conferences for up to 1000 delegates.

The Transadria conference/exhibition hall is located in the very centre of town, on the ground floor of the imposing Transadria d.d. Rijeka building. It is accessible to a variety of users and its multipurpose hall can be used for a broad spectrum of purposes.

There is also the splendid opportunity to utilise the services of our exclusive “Euroclub” restaurant, situated on the top floor of our building. The restaurant has a unique view over the Rijeka port and a large part of the coast. We are able to organise your business and private meetings in our restaurant, according to your needs. The “Teatro Fenice” is situated in the very heart of the City of Rijeka, near to the underground garage “Zagrad” and a pedestrian area connecting it with the Grand hotel Bonavia.  In this lovely building, established in 1881 and reconstructed in 1914, there was originally a covered theatre followed by a regular theatre, until the city cinema made its home here.  The "Teatro Fenice” stage was where numerous performances took place, and once it closed as a theatre, this worthy hall with its galleries, orchestra pit and balcony is now used for the organization of meetings, congresses, assemblies and presentations and can receive more than 600 visitors.

The “Teatro Fenice” has all the necessary audio and video equipment and thanks to its long tradition as a cinema hall, it is possible to regulate illumination and even to completely black it out. It is also possible to organise simultaneous interpreting for those events that require such a service, whilst the different exhibitions and events that are an inevitable part of assemblies and congresses can be organized in the foyer.

As the “Teatro Fenice” building is situated close to the city’s café bars, restaurants and other gastronomy facilities, it is possible to create and organize different side events once the working part of the event is over. As well as this, almost any city hotel can be reached by foot quickly.

One of the most attractive multifunctional city locales is surely the Croatian Cultural Dome Hall that is situated in the eastern part of the town, more precisely, at Sušak. It is a venue with a modernly equipped stage, which could be used for organizing theatre and cinema performances and festivals as well as different types of congress, assembly, promotional event and presentation. There are 536 seats in the hall area and the venue is also suitable for disabled visitors.

The Croatian Cultural Dome (HKD) Hall has all the necessary audio and video equipment and there is also a gastronomy facility on the ground floor where it is possible to organize coffee breaks, making longer events easier to coordinate.  The Croatian Cultural Dome (HKD) is connected to the 3 star “Neboder” hotel, which also has its own congress facilities within a big multifunctional hall.  With just a few changes, it would be possible to organize events in both venues for up to a thousand participants.

Accommodation could be organized in the newly renovated 3 star “Neboder” and “Continental” hotels nearby, as well as in other city hotels situated in the vicinity. The Croatian Cultural Dome (HKD) Hall is situated close to the big Delta Square municipal park and just a few minutes away from the Korzo and the city centre.
