ECM Summer School provides career platform

For 28 years, the ECM Summer School has provided newcomers to all sectors of the Meetings Industry with in-depth knowledge and contacts. The 2015 event in Vienna from 22-26 August will be no exception.

The aim of the School is to equip professionals with the latest marketing tools and skills for a successful career in conference, meetings and event management as Pier Paolo Mariotti, ECM Summer School Course Director and Meeting Manager at EURAC Convention Center outlines: “Course content is both relevant and practical; it provides incisive insight into the structure and functioning of the Meetings Industry, bringing delegates face to face with leading industry practitioners. It is perfect for those just starting out in the sector and quickly wanting to get up to speed.”

Heike Mahmoud, ECM Vice President Meetings Industry and Director, Conventions visitBerlin, continues: “The winning formula has remained the same: a unique opportunity for young professionals to spend three days with some of the biggest names in our business. The ECM Summer School has consistently provided a platform for a successful career in the Meetings Industry, graduating more than 1,500 students, many of whom have gone on to become industry leaders.”
